Can I set a pick up time for NinjaVan/TAQBIN?

After setting an order to ready-to-ship, NinjaVan staff will be notified of the pick-up through the system, they will then pick up the parcels the next day between 9 am and 6 pm. A more specific time frame cannot be set as of now, but will be rolled out in the future.

I miss the pick-up. What should I do?

You can kindly contact NinjaVan/TAQBIN at their Hotlines or contact Seller Help Desk with information of your tracking number.

TAQBIN/NINJAVAN did not come for the pick-up even after confirming

TAQBIN/NINJAVAN requested for payment upon pick-up

You can inform them that you have a corporate account with ZALORA and provide them with your corporate account code. Alternatively, kindly contact Seller Help Desk as soon as possible.

How should I check if my order was successfully delivered in real time?

You can go to the respective website of TAQBIN/NINJAVAN and track the order using the tracking code that was set for the order. Check with our operations team for more detailed steps on how to do this.
